Curbside Parts Pickup

2 Easy Ways and How It Works

• Call and Request Parts

  • Call (989) 662-4455 and ask for the parts Department or choose from appropriate phone menu if auto attendant answers.
  • Let us know what part or parts you need.
  • Let us know at what location you would like to pick up the parts from and when you would like to pick them up.
  • After confirming parts are in stock or they have arrived head to the desired location.
  • Once arriving at your location just park in one of the Curbside pickup spots and call (989) 662-4455.
  • Ask for that location and let the parts person know what spot your in a and what the customer name is that parts were ordered under.
  • We will then bring your parts out to your vehicle. Some orders may require you to pull around to shipping and receiving.
  • For payment we can use your credit account or credit card over the phone at time of ordering, confirmation or pickup.

• Order Parts Online

  • Go Online to WielandTrucks.com.
  • Click on "order parts now" in upper RH corner of Home page or go to repairlink from parts tab.
  • Login or signup for repairlink. Its free and very powerful.
  • Once logged in you can view parts diagrams by vin and order parts right from your computer. Call if you need any assistance.
  • When ordering put location for pickup in the notes.
  • We will communicate when parts are ready for pickup.
